1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or New Zealand public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email (verseweave@2goodie.com) or phone (+64 (9) 557 4309).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- New Zealand (Domestic): 2-5 business days.
- Australia: 5-10 business days.
- International: 10-20 business days (depending on destination and customs).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues or customs clearance.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GOODIE GOODIE LIMITED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For international orders, please check with your local customs office for potential costs.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
GOODIE GOODIE LIMITED is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking clear photos of the damage upon arrival.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
