Refund and Returns Policy

At GOODIE GOODIE, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for purchases made on 2goodie.com.

1. MANDATORY RETURN FOR REFUND (NO “REFUND-ONLY”)

GOODIE GOODIE LIMITED maintains a strict “No Return, No Refund” policy.
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must physically return the item to our warehouse in Auckland. We do not offer “Refund-Only” solutions where the customer retains the product while receiving a refund.

  • Regardless of the reason for the return (e.g., “item not as described,” “changed mind,” or “minor defect”), a refund will only be initiated after we have received and inspected the physical goods.
  • If the customer is unable or unwilling to return the product, no refund or credit will be issued.

2. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure your return is accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and suitable for resale.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and protective wrapping.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Perishable or personal care items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Gift cards.

5. Return Shipping Process

  1. Contact Us: Email verseweave@2goodie.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

6. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received at our Auckland facility, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days.

  • Approved: If the item is in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Rejected: If the item is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging, the refund will be rejected or a partial store credit may be offered at our sole discretion.

7. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at +64 (9) 557 4309‌ within 48 hours of delivery. While we will assist with a replacement or refund for faulty goods under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the physical faulty item must still be returned to us for assessment before any remedy is provided.
